  • We partner with Aramex to deliver your orders directly to your door anywhere within South Africa.

  • Please ensure you provide a complete physical address where someone will be available to receive the package during standard business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

2. Shipping Rates

  • We offer a flat delivery rate of R89 for all standard orders across South Africa.

3. Delivery Times

  • Please allow 8 to 11 business days for your order to be processed and delivered to your door (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Remote or main center delivery times may vary slightly within this window depending on Aramex courier routes.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Aramex tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real-time.
